Tram Package #1
Residential 750, Hillside Traveler
* This package is a four passenger 750lb. system equipped with two pulling cables with a tensile strength of over 16,000lbs.
* This system has two upper limit switches, one to stop the car at your embarking point and one as a backup final limit switch. It also has two lower limit switches, one is for the lower embarking point and one is a final limit as a backup system to add additional safety.
* The 750 is equipped with Sky Lock III braking system, this is an over speed governor that will mechanically stop the car if it was to ever over speed for any reason.
* The 750 is powered by the 3 hp motor with a 50:1 gear reducer that is more than capable of handling the load up to a 35° angle or hillside. The motor is equipped with an electric braking system that has stood the test of time and is very secure.
* The electronic package consists of a state of the art UL approved control system with push button controls at the top and bottom of the tramway.
* The 750 track and car come with a powder coated paint process with our standard color. All of the hardware is either galvanized or stainless steel. You can request your own custom color to match your décor. The car comes with a sliding gate and the utility shelf for your added convenience.

Residential 1000, Hillside Goat
* This package is designed for four passengers. The 1,000lb. system comes with dual pulling cables with a tensile strength of over 16,000lbs.
* This system has two upper limit switches, one to stop the car at the upper embarking point and one as a backup final limit switch. It also has two lower limit switches, one is for the lower embarking point and one is a final limit as a backup system to add additional safety.
* The hillside goat comes with a Sky Lock III over speed governor that is designed to lock down on an individual cable in the event of an over speed. This device is U. L. approved for safety and it is used throughout the industry.
* The 1000 is powered by a 5 hp motor behind a 50:1 gear reducer and it is capable of operating up to a 53° angle or hillside. This system is quite powerful and can be used on the most difficult hillsides.
* The electronic package consists of a state of the art U.L. approved control system with push button at the top and bottom of the tramway, and in-car controls with an emergency stop button. It also comes with a remote control for your convenience.
* The 1000 track and car come with a powder coated paint process with our standard color. All of the hardware is either galvanized or stainless steel. You can request your own custom color to match your existing décor. The car comes with a sliding gate and the utility shelf for your added convenience.

Residential Ultimate, Safe Climber
This tram passes all elevator codes and is approved for use in all states including California, Oregon, Washington and Idaho.
* This package is designed for four passengers. This 1000lb. system comes with dual pulling cables with a tensile strength of over 16,000lbs.
* This system has two upper limit switches, one to stop the car at the upper embarking point and one as a backup final limit switch. It also has two lower limit switches, one is for the lower embarking point and one is a final limit as a backup system to add additional safety.
* This system comes with "class A" squeeze brakes. This brake, if engaged, squeezes down on the track tighter and tighter the further down on the track it goes. It is controlled by an over speed governor that sets the brake and turns off the power at the same time in the event of an over speed. The Elevator Association prefers this brake over all others.
* The Ultimate is powered by ether a 3 hp or a 5 hp motor behind a 50:1 gear reducer. The use of either will be determined by how steep your hillside is. This system is quite powerful and can be used on the most difficult hillside.
* The electronic package consists of a state of the art U.L. approved control system with push button controls at the top and bottom of the tramway, as well as in-car controls with an emergency stop button. It also comes with a remote control of for your added convenience.
* The track and car come with a powder coated paint process with our standard color. All of the hardware is either galvanized or stainless steel. You can request your own custom color to match your décor. The car comes with a sliding gate and utility shelf for your convenience. The car is also very comfortable with padded seats and Plexiglas side walls. The in car controls are powered by a traveling cable in accordance with the elevator code.

Residential Lake Shore Special
* This system comes with a four passenger car that can be trimmed in either rustic cedar decking, Trex decking, or redwood decking to match your existing decor.
* This package is designed to be used with a 3 hp up to a 7 hp motor and is engineered to handle everything from a 10° slope to a 55° slope. A great choice for the rustic style.
* The track is an engineered I-Beam track, constructed and designed to carry a heavy load with ease. The rubber coating on the car wheels makes the ride not only comfortable but quiet. The car can also be equipped with a utility shelf for your added convenience.
* The control system for this package is U.L. approved and has many fantastic features. It gives you a very soft start and stop that lets you feel comfortable while enjoying the ride. You will have a push button control at the top and bottom of the tramway ,and a remote control for your convenience. The Lakeshore tram has limit switchs at the top and bottom that are adjustable to your embarking points and a final limit switch that is activated if an over run ever was ever to occur at the top or bottom. It will come with a sky lock III over speed governor designed to stop the car in the event of an over speed.
* This package is one of the easiest to install in rough terrain. Consider this package for very long runs; we have recently installed this system 400 feat down a very rough rocky hill and it turned out fantastic!
